Which Catholic monk order is strictly vegetarian?

Minim Friars, a Roman Catholic religious order founded by St. Francesco de Paola in 15th century Italy. The Order of Minim Friars requires it priests to take a fourth vow along with chastity, poverty and obedience.  That fourth vow is Vita quadragesimalis, that is ‘A Lenten way of life’ which means to abstain from all meat and dairy products. His feast day is celebrated on April 2. He was never a priest!
